Sit With Me is thrilled to partner with Sefakor Komabu-Pomeyie (Ph.D), an International Disability Rights Advocate, a policy analyst, and the founder of Enlightening and Empowering People with Disability in Africa ( EEPD Africa). She is also the Director of Inclusive Excellence and a Lecturer at the University Vermont. Dr. Sefakor is the author of the moving book “I’m Able.” This special event will feature a reading from her book, celebrating resilience and pride in living through disability. In addition, we’ll host an open mic for those interested in sharing their own creative writing, poetry, and personal stories. Join us for an uplifting and transformative celebration of art and empowerment!
